The Home
Sea'n Sunsets is a beautifully curated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome at 99-A Prominence — one of 30A's most sought-after communities. The interiors are a designer's love letter to the Gulf Coast: shiplap walls, sea-glass teal accents, driftwood lamps, a surfboard above the living room, and a "No Wake Zone" strictly enforced.
An open floor plan flows from the chef's kitchen — quartz island with seating for four, gas range, farmhouse sink — through a dining area set for eight, and into a spacious living room. French doors open to a private deck tucked into the Florida pines, with Adirondack chairs and a gas grill.
The included brand new 2026 Dach Apollo 6-seat LSV — touchscreen, Bluetooth speakers, LED lights — and 4 bikes make all of 30A your backyard. Live music, dining, and boutique shopping at The Big Chill are steps away. Two resort pools are minutes from your door.
