Trash must be bagged in Waste Management bins (kept in garage). Place at curb before 6 AM. Return bins to garage after pickup — bins are labeled with the property address.
No street parking. Use your 2 driveway spots or community gravel areas. No RVs, boats, or trailers on property — they will be towed.
Golf cart rules. Valid license required. Seatbelts mandatory for all riders. Min. driver age 25. No drinking and driving — Walton County Sheriff enforces within Prominence.
Gas grills only at triplex units — no charcoal or wood-fire. Keep 10 ft from building; fire extinguisher or garden hose must be accessible when in use.
No balcony laundry. Towels and clothes may not be draped over railings per Prominence HOA rules.
Quiet hours at 10 PM per Walton County ordinance. No fireworks anywhere in Prominence.
Pets welcome. Leash required at all times outdoors. Use pet stations throughout Prominence. No pets in the pool area.
Bikes must be stored in the garage when not in use. Bikes left on common property 24+ hrs may be removed by staff.
A/C no lower than 70°F. Keep all doors and windows closed while running.
Garage door must remain closed when not in active use — for your family's security.
No smoking inside the home or on the deck.
